We collect data, reveal factors that have a considerable impact on NGO activity and voluntary movement in Belarus; hold case studies, elaborate practical recommendations for NGOs and provide them with consultations, consider main principles of NGO efficiency, find similarities and differences of organizations.

It promote conducting effective investigations in the public sector and reacting quickly to current changes in its development.

The third sector investigation program is aimed at making a positive image of the third sector in the community, promoting development of inter-sector partnership of state institutions, business companies and public associations, forming adequate public opinion on NGO activities and increasing the community's confidence in their possibilities. NGOs will have to become a connecting link and a conciliator among civil initiatives, state and business.
