26 newly established non-governmental organizations were registered in the period from January 1 to March 31, 2012

According to the Press Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, in the period from January 1 to March 31, 2012, the Ministry of Justice and main departments of justice of the regional executive committees placed on record as many as 26 newly established non-governmental organizations, of them 3 republican and 23 local NGOs

As many as 6 newly established foundations, 1 international association of trade unions, and 1 association of local NGOs were registered within the same period.

As of April 1, 2012, as many as 15 political parties and 1005 party organizations, 37 trade unions and 23026 trade union organizations, 2414 non-governmental organizations (in particular, 230 international, 684 republican, 1500 local) were on the record in Belarus.
 
As many as 37215 organizational structures of NGOs, 29 unions (associations) of NGOs, 123 foundations (in particular, 11 international, 5 republican, 107 local) were on the record.
