  • UNDP presents new poverty publication to media

    A book entitled, Raising Living Standards as Social Policy Priority, was presented to journalists in Minsk. The publication, which treats various aspects of social policy used for raising living standards in transition economies, is intended for a broad range of readers.

  • A new project in the field of Belarusian photography

    Minsk Gallery of Visual Arts and Belarusian non-governmental organisation "Photo-Art" have launched a new exhibitional and research project "Pages of Belarusian photography's history". The implementers of the project plan to search for photos taken by Belarusian photographers, who worked in XIXth and XXth centuries.

  • EU/UNDP Project held International Workshop in Kyiv

  • UNDP project trains advisers on HIV/AIDS prevention

    Teams of volunteers and outreach workers were trained last weekend to provide advice to risk groups on the prevention of HIV/AIDS and sexually-transmitted diseases (STDs), during two workshops held in Minsk as part of a United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) project carried out in cooperation with the Belarus Ministry of Health.
