Open Youth’s Center Created in Minsk

“Fialta” Youth’s Educational Center, non-governmental organization established the Open Youth’s Center, said project coordinator Asya Briginevich at the press conference in Minsk on December 9.

 
 
According to her, the Center will function on Fialta premises within the project “Catch the Present” implemented since October 2011 till July 2012 under the support of the US Embassy in Belarus.
 
The Open Youth’s Center will become a platform for self-expression of young people aged from 15 to 30. The Center will work three or four days a week and all who wishes will be able to make use of its resources: the library, informal education facilities, the Internet including.
 
 
Youth project will be implemented on the base of the Center: Fialta has already conducted the trainings in which course young people offered a number of initiatives, in particular, aimed at development of creative thinking, elimination of gender stereotypes, time management.
